Almonds in milk chocolate with cinnamon
The most important ingredient of this composition are crunchy almonds, i.e. the seeds of the almond fruit, varieties of which can be found both in Asia and in some European countries. For thousands of years, almonds have been an important ingredient in the human diet. Today, they are used to produce both aromatic milk, gluten-free flour, and delicious snacks (e.g. almonds in milk chocolate with the addition of cinnamon). It is worth knowing, however, that these seeds are not only tasty, but also healthy. They contain a set of valuable nutrients, vitamins and minerals, among which the following deserve special attention: fiber, vitamin A, B vitamins, vitamin E, magnesium, calcium, iron and zinc. The perfect complement to the taste of healthful almonds is not only milk chocolate melting in your mouth, but also aromatic cinnamon. Although not many of us are aware of it, this popular spice is an excellent source of antioxidants as well as valuable vitamins and minerals.
