BIO Dandelion flowers
Dandelion flower, both fresh and dried, can be added to salads. It improves the metabolic process and supports the liver. The dandelion flower is also great for making an infusion. The infusion prepared from it has a nice yellow color. The taste is slightly bitter.
How do we use it in ietsGezond?
We put 4 dried biological dandelion flowers in a glass. Later we add a few lemon verbena leaves and pour boiling water over it. We drink the tea prepared in this way using bombilla. This is how we drink a filtered brew. Dandelion and verbena tea is unique in taste. We recommend it to anyone who loves herbal teas.
