Coriander is used as an addition to various meats, pates, sauces, marinades, mushrooms, as well as marinating herring or vegetables.
It goes well with legumes (beans, peas, lentils, chickpeas).
It can be added to gingerbread, apple pie and carrot cake as well as compote and mulled wine, giving them a pleasant spicy flavor.
