The Penny bun mushroom is a perfect addition to hot dishes. Thanks to its intense aroma, it will enrich the prepared dish with an unusual mushroom note.
It is recommended to rinse the dried biological penny bun and then soak in water for several hours. Before consumption, boil the boletes (preferably in the same water as they were soaked, you can add salt for taste) for about 60 minutes. Then the mushrooms should be drained, but the water in which they were cooked can still be used, for example, as an addition to sauce or broth. Mushrooms prepared in this way can be used according to preferences - as an addition to a hot dish or to prepare a mushroom sauce.
