Caraway is used for fatty and hard-to-digest food. It is added to cabbage, red meats, salads, beetroots, breads, soups and fried foods. Caraway is a popular spice used in Polish cuisine and added to sweet pastries. It is an ingenious addition to baked potatoes, cottage cheese or roasted chicken.
