Organic Sunflower Sprout seeds

How to use
To prepare sprouts at home use our sprouting tower or: take a flat plate, cover it with gauze or other water absorbing material. Sprinkle one layer of seeds onto the gauze and water it with boiled and tepid water. Add water so that the gauze is kept wet at all times. Put the seeds in a warm and dark place. Sprouts will grow within 2-4 days, depending on the type of sprouting plant. Sprout of big seeds, such as: pea, soybean, chickpea etc. or seeds with husks, such as: pumpkin, sunflower are cut before consumption. Small seeds can be consumed whole.
