Do you have a complaint?

It can always happen that something does not go as planned. We recommend that you first notify us of any complaints by emailing ks@ietsgezond.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. Additionally, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union's platform.
