You can pick up your orders for free from us in Geesbrug.
This is possible on any working day (Monday to Friday) from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The pick-up address is Energiestraat 6 in Geesbrug (Drenthe).
In order to be able to pick up your package for free, you must choose 'pick up' during the checkout step. With this choice, the shipping costs will automatically disappear from your shopping cart.
We expect your order to be delivered according to the time you saw at checkout when selecting the shipping option. However, we want to remind you that we do not deliver the packages ourselves. Delivery is always handled by the courier service, and delays may occasionally occur. Therefore, we recommend placing your order a few business days in advance to ensure you receive the products on time.
Once your package is packed and picked up by the driver, you will receive an email from us. This email will include the expected delivery time and the courier service that will deliver your order.
If 2 working days have passed since the order has passed and it has still not been delivered to you, please contact us. Write to us on Whatsapp, or send an email to ks@ietsgezond.nl and we will check why this happened and explain the matter with the courier.
Yes, on the day your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with a link to track&trace the package with your order.
Return
Yes, it is possible within 15 days of receiving your order. If you want to return your order, or part of it, notify us by email. Then you have 15 days to send the return back to us. In the case of returning the entire order, you will receive the money for the entire order, including shipping costs. Unfortunately, you have to bear the costs of sending a return to us yourself.
If you want to exercise the right of return, send us an email with such information and then send the order or part of it to our address. Only unopened products in their original packaging can be returned. The address to which the return should be sent is:

You can also deliver the return yourself to the above address.
Upon receipt of your return, it will be accepted within 5 business days. You will receive a refund as soon as your return is accepted to the account / credit card from which you paid for the order. The time you receive the money depends on the payment method you used:
iDeal: within 3 business days
Credit card and other payment methods: within 5 business days
Payment
Payments on ietsGezond.nl are accepted through our partner, PAY. Thanks to the cooperation with Pay.nl, payments are 100% safe. At ietsGezond.nl you can pay with iDeal, credit card, Bancontact, Riverty (AfterPay) or traditional bank transfer.
If you have chosen to pickup your order from us in Geesbrug, you can also pay during pickup by card.
Our store is primarily intended for individual customers. However, if you would like to place an order with a 0% VAT rate as a company registered in Belgium, please pay attention to the value of your order. If the VAT amount to be refunded exceeds €5, contact us after receiving your order and provide all necessary information (company name, VAT number). We will then adjust the online order, issue a new invoice with 0% VAT, and the VAT amount will be refunded to the account used for the payment.
