The kitchen knives are entirely made from the highest quality stainless steel X30Cr13, with the addition of chrome, ensuring increased corrosion resistance.

The hardness of the Ambiente knife blade on the Rockwell scale is 55-56 HRC.

The comfortable and ergonomic handle of the knives, with a classic shape, is also made of stainless steel.
