How to Use the Knife Sharpener

The default sharpening order is: 1. Sharpening (Steel), 2. Smoothing (Diamond), 3. Polishing (Ceramic).

Depending on the condition of the cutting edge, you can choose different variants for using the sharpener. To start, insert the knife blade into the selected slot and pull it towards you. Repeat if necessary.

Note: The GERLACH GRANITEX 3-in-1 sharpener should not be washed in a dishwasher.
