What is avocado oil?

Avocado oil is pressed from the flesh, not the seeds, as is the case with most fats. Its main component is fatty acids; mainly monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids - omega-3 and omega-6. Avocado oil is packed with vitamins. B, C, E, A and K vitamins, plus calcium, potassium and phosphorus. It is great for skin care: it effectively moisturizes, has anti-wrinkle properties, smoothes the skin, is recommended for acne-prone skin. It can be used to cleanse the skin of the face. Avocado oil, thanks to the content of antioxidants, delays the aging process of the skin. It also acts as an organic and effective sunscreen, protecting the skin against harmful UV rays. Due to its moisturizing properties, it is perfect for the care of the skin of the face, body and hair.

Application

Skin - can be used as a serum, alone as a face moisturizing oil, or add a few drops to your favorite cream; for removing make-up; as a body lotion - add a few drops of essential oil to your favorite body lotion to intensify its effects; Hair - as a serum, rub a few drops into the ends of your hair; for hair oiling - put avocado oil on your hair, put on a plastic cap, wrap it with a towel. After a period of 30 minutes to overnight, wash your hair with a natural shampoo. The treatment will moisturize them and make them soft and shiny.
