Description of Vitamin C
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is primarily important for good resistance. Moreover, it strengthens blood vessels and skin elasticity, provides protection against free radicals, and prevents skin aging. Vitamin C helps in the proper functioning of the immune system and the nervous system. Humans cannot synthesize vitamin C themselves and are entirely dependent on food for their vitamin C supply. Vitamin C is water-soluble and sensitive to heat and sunlight. Vegetables with vitamin C should be exposed to air as little as possible when pre-cut, pureed, or juiced.
Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Remember that only a healthy lifestyle and a balanced way of eating ensure the proper functioning of the body and the maintenance of good health.

Vitamin C contributes to:

Application
Daily use of vitamin C depends on age and gender, but too much vitamin C can be harmful, although the excess is excreted. It is recommended not to use more than 2 grams of vitamin (Dutch Nutrition Center).
The recommended daily dosage should not be exceeded. This product cannot be used by anyone allergic to any of its ingredients.
Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a dry place at room temperature in closed packaging.
