Kelp

Japanese kelp – Laminaria japonica, also known as KELP, is a species of edible brown algae from the Laminariaceae family, naturally found in Japan and also cultivated in China and Korea. Japanese kelp grows on rocky substrates in cold waters and takes the form of a simple ribbon in golden or olive-brown color. This seaweed is valued for its high content of natural iodine – a chemical element from the halogen group, which is an essential micronutrient in the human diet.

The extract of Japanese kelp used in the OstroVit product is standardized for iodine content, which positively affects the quality of the dietary supplement.

Suggested usage

Take 1 serving (1 tablet) a day after meal. The product is intended for adults.
