Inositol - is a nutrient that chemically belongs to the group of polyols. It was previously considered a B-complex vitamin and referred to as vitamin B8, but is now classified as a vitamin-like compound. This substance can be naturally produced in the human body and is also obtained through the daily diet. Sources include fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts, and grains.
The OstroVit formula contains myo-inositol, one of the isomers of inositol.
The formula is enriched with calcium-L-methylfolate (L-5-MTHF), an active form of vitamin B9. Folates are water-soluble compounds that belong to the group of B vitamins and are also known as folic acid or vitamin B9. They occur naturally in dark green leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale, Brussels sprouts, and parsley, as well as in dried legumes, grain products, and organ meats.
Recommended use
Take 1 serving (4 capsules) daily.
