Recommended use:
It is best to use a teaspoon of fiber on an empty stomach with glass of water. The fiber can be used as a dessert after veing poured with warm water and left for a few minutes or as an addition to yogurts, careals, ice cream, puddings, etc.
According to the WHO, the daily intake of dietetary fiber is 25 - 40g. It is not advisable to consume fiber in excessive amounts in case of inflammation of the digestive system.
While using, it is recommended to drink about 2 liters of water a day.
