Organic dried dandelion root is great for making a tea. It improves the metabolic process and supports the work of the liver. The taste is slightly bitter. The dandelion is a valuable plant whose leaves are used to make salads, flowers are processed into tasty honey and the root is used to make coffee and healthy herbal teas.
Use
Use 1 tablespoon of carrots and put them in a cup of water. Heat slowly and then cook for 5 minutes.
Set aside for 10 minutes and strain. Drink 2-3 times a day before meals.
