DHA - docosahexaenoic acid - a chemical compound from the omega-3 group of polyunsaturated fatty acids that contains six isolated double bonds. It is an exogenous substance that must be supplied to the body from outside with food or dietary supplements, as the body is not capable of synthesizing the compound on its own. Vitamin D3, also known as cholecalciferol, is a steroidal organic chemical compound that is included in the group of fat-soluble vitamins. Thus, the absorption of the component is closely related to the presence of fats in the daily diet. Vitamin D3 is a substance that is supplied to the body with food (it can be found, among other things, in oily sea fish), as well as through skin synthesis. Suggested usage

Healthy adults up to 75 years of age 1 serving (1 capsule) daily, preferably after a meal. Sip with an adequate amount of water.

Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH) D test in the blood and consult the test result with a doctor or pharmacist.
