Description of fibers
The fibers are a dietary supplement in the form of granules.
Psyllium fibers are known for their role in daily nutrition. The product can be taken with a glass of water.
How to use
It is recommended to use 12 grams of fibers daily (3 measures). Dissolve in a glass of water, wait 3 minutes, stir and drink. During use, it is advised to drink plenty of water, at least 1.5 liters daily.
Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
The product is not recommended for people who are allergic to any of the ingredients. Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a dry place at room temperature in a closed package. Remember that only a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet contribute to well-being.
Note: Plants from the Plantago family grow on sand. A little bit of sand may get into the package. It is not harmful. Therefore, it is not intended to chew this product but to drink it.
