The fibers are a dietary supplement in granule form.
Psyllium fibers support a natural/regular bowel movement. Additionally, Psyllium fibers contribute to maintaining normal cholesterol levels in the blood. The fibers contribute to the maintenance of a healthy/normal/natural blood sugar level.
Usage
It is recommended to use 12 grams of fibers daily (3 scoops). Dissolve in a glass of water and wait for 3 minutes, then stir and drink. It is recommended to take a dietary supplement for 30 days. During the use of this supplement, it is advised to drink enough water, at least 1.5 liters daily.
Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. The product is not recommended for people allergic to any of the ingredients. Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a dry place at room temperature in a sealed package. Remember that only a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet ensure the correct functioning of the body and maintaining good condition.
