Moreover broccoli sprouts can help lower blood pressure, prevent diseases of the circulatory system and stroke, as well as its high content of antioxidants enhance the immune system and the nervous sytem. Broccoli sprouts are spicy in taste, perfectly suited to salads and sandwiches.
