- 80 grams field bean flour (flour)
- 55 grams grated coconut
- 70 grams butter
- 1 banana
- 1 whipped egg white
- 1 whole egg
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- some lemon flavoring or lemon juice
- cinnamon powder
- nuts, raisins or chocolate pieces (or instead some extra sweetener)
- dash of milk.
Finally add the whipped egg white!
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Add 80 grams of field bean flour (flour), 55 grams of grated coconut, 70 grams of butter, 1 banana, 1 whole egg, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, 1 teaspoon of yeast, some lemon flavoring or lemon juice, cinnamon powder, nuts, raisins or chocolate pieces (or instead some extra sweetener), and a dash of milk into a bowl and mix the ingredients well together.
- Add 1 whipped egg white last and carefully fold it into the batter.
- Scoop the batter into equal mounds on a lined baking tray.
