A variety forming large round or slightly elongated edible root thickenings with a yellow skin and delicate, sweet, light yellow flesh. It contains a lot of carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. The young, green leaves of the turnip are also a source of many nutrients. Suitable for cultivation as a preceding crop or catch crop for autumn harvesting.
Sow the seeds to a depth of 1.5-2 cm, early in spring or as a catch crop in July-August. Thinning of plants is necessary after emergence. It thrives on any soil with good structure and moisture.
