Mild mix | Sprouting seeds

This seed mixture consists of different types that together form a mild, harmonious flavor composition. Due to the diversity of the seeds, one portion offers a high dose of valuable nutrients, minerals, amino acids, and vitamins. The mixture contains large amounts of calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, sulfur, and various trace elements such as iodine, manganese, lithium, and selenium. Vigna radiata (Mung beans) - 40%
Medicago sativa (Alfalfa) - 30%
Lens culinaris (Lentils) - 10%
Green Lens culinaris (Green lentils) - 5%
Red Lens culinaris (Red lentils) - 5%
Raphanus sativus (Radish) - 5%
Raphanus sativus var sativus (Radish) - 5%

Preparation of the sprouts:
Sprouting the seeds at home is easy using a Sprouter. Follow the instructions, and after 4-7 days the sprouts are ready to eat. The Sprouter makes it possible to grow 3 different types of sprouts simultaneously.
