The nettle is a plant with many applications in herbal medicine. It is a source of many essential nutrients, vitamins: C, B2, K, A, and minerals such as iron, silicon, calcium, manganese, potassium, magnesium, copper, zinc, and vitamins. Additionally, nettle also contains organic acids (formic acid and pantothenic acid), tannins, chlorophyll, proteins, flavonoids, and volatile oils.
Application
Recommended to drink: twice a day, 25 ml, half an hour before meals. The recommended daily portion (50 ml) contains 1500 mg of common nettle leaf extract, which corresponds to 6 g of plant material. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Shake well before use. The visible sediment is of natural origin. It is recommended not to exceed the maximum recommended daily dose.
