Pararoot Balm (Paramao balm)

Paramao balm is a 100% natural product made from the Paramao tree. The oil is a care product for muscle and joint pain, as well as various (skin) issues, such as Arthritis, Psoriasis, Eczema, Gout, Acne, and many more.

How to Use

Apply sufficient oil or balm to the area to be treated. Rub the oil or balm onto the treated area for 2-3 minutes. Use as often as necessary.

Headache: Apply a small amount of Pararoot Oil to your palm or two fingers and rub it first on the neck and then gently on the forehead and temples. Lean back and relax. Relief should follow. Use as desired.

Muscle stiffness and pain: Great for use on the back, neck, head, hands, hips, knees, all joints, and all muscles. Apply sufficient oil and rub the affected area with the oil for 2-3 minutes. Use as often as necessary.

Psoriasis / arthritis / eczema: Apply a light layer of Pararoot oil to the affected area. Use at least 2-4 times a day or more often if necessary. Please note that if the treated area is too raw, you may feel a tingling / burning sensation. This will only last 3-5 minutes.

Cold and flu: Apply a generous amount of oil to your chest and the bottom of your feet until the oil is absorbed. Inhaling the aroma of the oil will also yield good results. Add a tablespoon of oil to a bowl of boiling water, place a towel over your head, and inhale the steam for about five minutes. Repeat this three times a day for the best results. Also, apply to the upper back, between the shoulder blades.

Sports injuries: Use the oil before exercising on parts of your body that are prone to stiffness, pain, or injury. Apply the oil and rub it into these areas as long as you want. This should greatly reduce the chances of pain and stiffness caused by exertion. After exercising, apply oil again to any affected area.

Mosquito and insect bites: Apply a light layer of oil to the mosquito or insect bite. The itching should disappear very shortly after application. To use as a repellent, apply a small amount of oil to all areas you want to protect.

Please note: When applying Paramao oil, the area where you apply it becomes warm, and this warmth lasts about 3-8 minutes. If you would like to create a warmer feeling, you can take a warm shower beforehand or apply a heat pack to the area. If you want it to feel cooler, apply a cold pack to cool the area or use a chilled cloth. The difference in warmth is related to open pores and absorption. Please note that the warmth felt does not relate to the effectiveness of the oil. The oil will work regardless of whether you feel warmth or not.
