The use of magnesium sulfate in cosmetics:
- body scrub - mix a handful of magnesium sulphate with coconut oil and a few drops of your favorite essential oil
- facial peeling - mix a teaspoon of bitter salt with a small amount of oil, we recommend using argan or almond oil, hyaluronic acid or face gel
- hair mask - 1 part Epsom salt to 1 part hair mask or balm - mix thoroughly and apply to damp hair. Rinse thoroughly after 20 minutes.
- for feet with an unpleasant odor, for use with mycosis - soak the feet in brine for 15 minutes: water plus a few tablespoons of magnesium sulphate. Repeat the treatment every day, and in the case of onychomycosis, even 3 times a day
