Rocket (arugula) is mediterranean salad plant with aromatic, slightly spicy leaves.
Perfect in various types of salad mixes and as an addition to meat, fish, eggs and cheese. The rocket grows up to 20-30 cm in height. After cutting the leaves, the next ones grow back very quickly. Sow seeds from March to September. Rucola can be harvested as early as 3 weeks after emergence.
