A-AKG - L-arginine alpha ketoglutarate

Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate is a chemical compound of glutaric acid and arginine. Glutaric acid is a product of the citric acid cycle, the final stage of metabolism of all oxygen-breathing organisms, often referred to as the Krebs cycle. Arginine is one of the amino acids that occurs in our body, taking an active part in the most important life processes. The combination of these two molecules forms a synergistic compound (the two compounds work together more efficiently than alone).

Suggested usage

Dissolve a single serving of the product 4.5 g (3/4 scoops) in 100-150 ml of water or juice in a shaker. Take one serving 30 min before the training.
