Suggested usage

Microwave: Pierce or open the lid and place the tray in the microwave oven. Heat (850W) for 2 minutes.
A vessel with water: Place a closed plate in a pan with boiling water, heat up for 10 minutes.
Frying pan, pot: Place the tray content into the pan or in the pot. Heat for 10 minutes.
