Description
Himalayan salt is primordial sea salt that is mined deep under the Himalayas. It is known as one of the purest salts on earth. It comes from a single area at the foot of the Himalayan mountains, near the Karakorum in Pakistan. Himalayan salt has a crystalline structure and a light pink color and is not chemically treated.
Application
Himalayan salt can be added to dishes or mixed with water for a flavorful twist. It can be used in equal amounts as table salt.
For a relaxing bath: add about 10 g of salt per liter of water. After the bath, it is recommended to relax.
