OstroVit KSM-66 Ashwagandha® + Magnesium + B6 P-5-P VEGE - a comprehensive dietary supplement

Ashwagandha root extract - extract from the root of a plant belonging to the Solanaceae family, also known as withania somnifera or Indian ginseng. Fresh ashwagandha root is characterized by its intense aroma and source of valuable substances - it is primarily a source of withanolides, the content of which is standardized in the extract of the plant used in the OstroVit preparation.

OstroVit dietary supplement contains ashwagandha KSM-66 - the best-tested ashwagandha extract available on the market. Unlike the commonly used extracts of ashwagandha leaf, KSM-66 is produced exclusively from the roots of the plant, that is, the parts that contain the most valuable ingredients.

Magnesium - a chemical element with the symbol Mg. The mineral component that occurs in significant amounts in the human body, therefore it is classified as a macronutrient. Whole grain products, as well as seeds and nuts, are considered dietary sources of magnesium.

In the OstroVit preparation, magnesium citrate was used, which is an easily absorbable form of the element.

Vitamin B6 - pyridoxine - a water-soluble ingredient belonging to the B vitamins, which must be supplied to the body from the outside because the human body cannot synthesize it itself. The compound is mainly found in whole grain products, as well as in organ meats and dry legumes.

In the OstroVit preparation, vitamin B6 was used in the form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate.

Suggested use

Consume 1 serving (2 capsules) daily with a meal, drink plenty of water. The product is intended for adults.
