OstroVit KSM-66 Ashwagandha® + Magnesium + B6 P-5-P VEGE - a comprehensive dietary supplement

Ashwagandha root extract - extract from the root of a plant belonging to the Solanaceae family, also known as withania somnifera or Indian ginseng. Fresh ashwagandha root is characterized by its intense aroma and source of valuable substances - it is primarily a source of withanolides, the content of which is standardized in the extract from the plant used in the OstroVit preparation.

OstroVit dietary supplement contains ashwagandha KSM-66 - the best tested ashwagandha extract available on the market. Unlike the commonly used extracts from ashwagandha leaf, KSM-66 is produced exclusively from the roots of the plant, that is, the parts that contain the most valuable ingredients, which positively affect the quality of the dietary supplement.

Magnesium - a chemical element with the symbol Mg. The mineral component that occurs in the human body in significant amounts therefore it is classified as a macronutrient. In the human body, the compound is stored mainly in bones and muscles. Cereal whole grain products, as well as seeds and nuts, are considered nutritional sources of magnesium.

In the preparation OstroVit used magnesium citrate, which is an easily absorbable form of the element, which positively affects the bioavailability and quality of the dietary supplement.

Suggested usage

Consume 1 serving (2 capsules) daily with a meal, drink plenty of water. The product is intended for adults.
