Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid

Gamma-aminobutyric acid – GABA – is an organic chemical compound from the group of non-protein-forming amino acids. This substance mainly occurs in the human body in the hypothalamus and the extrapyramidal system. GABA can also be found in foods such as green tea, fermented products, soy, and dairy products.

Instructions for Use
