Dandelion contributes to the maintenance of healthy blood sugar levels, good for a normal stomach/ liver function. It is recommended as a substitute for traditional coffee and as part of a healthy, balanced diet. Dandelion root coffee can be used by people of all ages. It tastes delicious both with milk and without additives.
Use:
Pour boiling water over a full teaspoon of dandelion root coffee. Brew 5-10 minutes. You can add milk, sugar or honey to taste. For a more intense taste, it is recommended to boil the coffee for about 2-3 minutes. Drink twice a day.
