Jerusalem artichoke contains inulin, iron, potassium, is rich in vitamins C and B1. It also has a very low glycemic index.
The addition of dandelion, enhances the effect of Jerusalem artichoke.
Instructions for use
Pour a heaped teaspoon of coffee per 1 glass of water into a container and boil for about 2-3 minutes.
Let stand for 5-10 minutes, pour into cups. You can add or sweeten milk or cream as desired.
