Raspberries contain significant amounts of organic acids (including apple, citric and salicylic acids), pectins, anthocyanins and volatile aromatic compounds. They are also a real treasury of vitamins: C, E and B vitamins and minerals, incl. potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron.
The use of raspberry and ginger syrup
Winter tea, mulled wine and beer - these drinks will certainly benefit from the combination of Raspberry and Ginger syrup. Besides, it can be added to puddings, pancakes, ice cream and many other desserts. The syrup is also an excellent base for drinks and tinctures.
Store in a dry, cool place.
Natural sediment may be present. It comes from fruit tissue. Shake well before use.
