Like parsnips, leek is also a source of essential oils valuable to our health.
Celery: The history of celery cultivation goes back over 2,000 years. This vegetable is used in cuisines all over the world. It has a pleasant aroma and a slightly spicy flavor, which goes well with soups and sauces. Celery is a valuable source of vitamins and minerals that are essential for the proper functioning of the human body. It includes, among others, vitamin A, B vitamins and vitamin K. It's worth it know that celery is also a great source of minerals. The most important of them are calcium, potassium and magnesium.
Onions: This vegetable has been appreciated for centuries in both cooking and natural medicine. Our grandmothers know very well that it is a proven way to fight the symptoms of colds and flu. Onions have a characteristic taste and aroma, which often causes us to shed tears. Nevertheless, the most important thing about onions is the high content of vitamin C and valuable minerals. A mix of vegetables is a composition of only the highest quality ingredients. Therefore, in most cases, it is safe for our health. However, it is worth knowing that there are some contraindications related to its daily use.
First, due to the content of leek and onions, consuming excessive amounts of vegetable mix is not recommended for people struggling with digestive system ailments (e.g. gastritis).
Second, due to the parsley content, using too much of this mixture is not recommended for people who struggle with serious kidney disease
In addition, it is important to remember that that the individual components of the vegetable mix may be responsible for causing allergic reactions. Therefore, it is recommended that you introduce this product into your diet gradually, while observing your body's reactions.
