Diet Spaghetti Konjac Noodles is a product made from konjac glucomannan, a water-soluble fiber derived from the root of the konjac plant.
The product is free from starch, protein, wheat, gluten, and sugar. Thanks to its composition and low energy content, it fits well within a keto or low-carb lifestyle and is a light alternative to traditional pasta.
Diet Spaghetti Konjac Noodles is completely plant-based and therefore suitable for vegans and vegetarians. It is gluten-free and can be used in a wide variety of dishes.
The pasta has a neutral smell and taste and pairs easily with sauces, vegetables, meat, or plant-based toppings. It absorbs herbs and flavors well. The noodles are pre-cooked, so you can prepare them quickly.

Preparation method:
- Drain excess water from the package.
- Rinse under water for 2-3 minutes.
