Poppy seed oil is pressed from carefully selected blue poppy seeds. It is characterized by a high content of valuable polyunsaturated fatty acids: Omega-6 (linoleic acid), Omega-9 (oleic acid), and phytosterols.

Uses of Poppy Seed Oil
