Hazelnut Oil | koudgeperst

Hazelnut oil is pressed from carefully selected hazelnuts. It has a high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids: Omega-3 (linolenic acid), Omega-6 (linoleic acid), Omega-9 (oleic acid), and phytosterols. It is also rich in minerals and B vitamins, vitamin A, K, and especially vitamin E.

Application of Hazelnut Oil

Hazelnut oil has a golden color and a characteristic nutty flavor with a hint of caramel. It can be used as an addition to:

• ice cream - tastes delicious with vanilla or cream ice cream
• raspberries and blueberries and as an addition to desserts with mascarpone
• bread - instead of butter or margarine, great for dipping bread
• salads and raw vegetables - as a tasty dressing or ingredient in other sauces
• cottage cheese and cottage cheese spreads
• yogurts, fruit and vegetable smoothies, morning oatmeal, cereals
• over cooked vegetables and summer dishes: rice, potatoes, fish, beans, broccoli, cauliflower, as an addition to soups

Of course, you can also use hazelnut oil for skin and hair care due to its moisturizing properties. It does not leave greasy stains on the skin, is quickly absorbed, and does not clog pores.

Dosage: Adults can use about 1 to 2 tablespoons and children 1-2 teaspoons. It is best to use the oil during meals.

It should only be used cold and not heated to maintain its nutritional value.
