This acid has a very important influence on the physiological processes in the body. Treatments with the use of evening primrose oil perfectly affect the condition of the skin, the body's immunity, the condition of blood vessels and help prevent many other diseases. The oil can be added to various dishes, eaten alone, it can also be used externally, especially in skin diseases.
