Thanks to the unique properties of this amidated pectin, you can enjoy full fruit flavors. For the perfect texture, use only 30 grams of pectin for 2 kg of fruit and 1 kg of sugar.
Easy to Use
- Heat your chosen fruit until it is soft.
- Add a cup of sugar mixed with the pectin and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Then add the rest of the sugar and cook until everything is dissolved.
- For a touch of freshness, add a teaspoon of citric acid dissolved in warm water.
- Pour your piping hot jam into jars and process them for 20 minutes to preserve.
