How do you use the sprouting lid?

1. Choose a jar with a diameter of Ø 82 mm and add the selected sprouting seeds.
2. Fill the jar with water and screw on the TORAF sprouting lid.
3. After a few hours, drain the water through the built-in strainer and place the jar at an angle so excess moisture can evaporate.
4. Rinse the sprouts 2–3 times a day and monitor their growth.
