How to use the sprouting lid?

1. Choose a jar with a Ø 82 mm diameter and add the selected sprouting seeds.
2. Fill the jar with water and screw on the TORAF sprouting lid.
3. After a few hours, pour off the water through the built-in strainer and set the jar at an appropriate angle so excess moisture can evaporate freely.
4. Rinse the sprouts 2–3 times a day and watch them grow!
