Description of organic apple cider vinegar

Organic apple cider vinegar with 6% acidity comes from natural fermentation. Apple cider vinegar is made from fermented apples. Fermentation is a process where the sugars in the food are broken down by bacteria and enzymes. In the first stage, the sugars are converted into alcohol, and with further fermentation (of the alcohol), you get vinegar. The cloudy color of apple cider vinegar is a good sign, as it indicates the natural origin of the product. The sediment is formed by natural ingredients from organic apples. The product has a characteristic light amber color and a pleasant apple scent. Apple cider vinegar contains valuable nutrients, including calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, magnesium, and vitamins A, B, C, and E. Drink a glass of lukewarm water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar every day (or a few times a week). Moreover, it helps with detoxification, weight loss, and also has a positive effect on the recovery or maintenance of good bacteria in your intestines.

Application of apple cider vinegar

Vinegar can be used directly for consumption. Dilute in a 1:1 ratio.
