Linseed is the seed of the flax plant and is known for its versatile use in the kitchen. Application
Please note, do not eat more than 45 grams of linseed per day (advice from the Nutrition Center). It is often recommended to grind linseed before use. Ground linseed can be sprinkled over various types of food and is suitable for sauces, yogurt, salads, soups, sandwiches, and baking recipes. The taste of linseed is neutral.
