- 80 g broad bean flour
- 55 g shredded coconut
- 70 g butter
- 1 banana
- 1 whipped egg white
- 1 whole egg
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp yeast
- Lemon flavoring or lemon juice
- Cinnamon powder
- Nuts, raisins, or chocolate chips (or extra sweetener)
- Dash of milk
Fold the whipped egg white into the batter last!
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Combine the flour, coconut, butter, banana, egg, vanilla sugar, yeast, lemon flavoring or juice, cinnamon, nuts, raisins, or chocolate chips (or sweetener), and milk in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
