2. Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot with a lid.
3. When the kernels start popping, reduce the heat and wait until the popping slows down (popping occurs less frequently than every 3 seconds).
4. Remove the pot from the stove and wait a moment.
5. Season the popcorn to taste (we recommend trying your favorite herbs and spices, such as basil, wild garlic, smoked paprika).
