Vitamin C – not just for your immune system!
Vitamin C—not just for your immune system!

1. Plants
Promotes growth
Vitamin C is essential for photosynthesis, helps form plant tissue, and improves nutrient uptake.
Improves fruit quality
It enhances the sweetness and colour of fruit, regulates ripening, and helps prevent spoilage.
Homemade vitamin C fertiliser
Dissolve 1000 mg of vitamin C in one litre of water to nourish plants and improve their immunity and growth. When watering your plants with vitamin C-enriched water, bear in mind that plants store these micronutrients. So you only need to apply this mixture once a month.
Regular use strengthens plants and improves the quality of the harvest.

2. Swimming pool water
Vitamin C powder is also suitable for purifying water in garden pools, giving it a beautiful azure appearance. With the holidays over and pool season now in full swing, it’s a good idea to stock up on vitamin C. When water is chlorinated, iron can precipitate out and turn the water green. Simply dissolve 50–70 grams of L-ascorbic acid in a bucket of water per cubic metre of pool water, mix well, and pour it into the pool. Run the pool filter to clear the water quickly. Please note: vitamin C supports pool chemicals, but does not replace them.
1. Fill a bucket with pool water.
2. Dissolve 50–70 grams of L-ascorbic acid in the bucket for every 1 cubic metre of water.
3. Mix thoroughly until dissolved.
4. Pour the solution into the pool.
5. Stir the pool water well.
3. Beauty and rejuvenation
Vitamin C powder is a secret weapon for radiant skin. Mix it with water to make a DIY facial serum that helps fade dark spots and stimulate collagen production for a youthful appearance.

4. Nutritional boost
Add a pinch to your smoothies or juices for an extra boost of antioxidants. It’s not only good for your immune system, but also helps strengthen your hair and nails.

5. Preserving and enhancing flavour
Did you know that vitamin C powder not only helps keep food fresh, but also improves its flavour? Use it when pickling vegetables or fruit, or as a natural preservative in homemade sauces and dressings.

6. Eco-friendly cleaning product
Make an all-purpose cleaner with vitamin C powder and water to disinfect surfaces without harmful chemicals. Good for your home and the environment.

7. Workout wonder
Vitamin C powder supports not only your immune system, but also muscle recovery after a tough workout. Add it to your post-workout shake for faster recovery and less muscle soreness.
